Return Steps

2. Return the product in the same packaging as received.

3. Process the return and issue the refund.

Ineligible Cases for Return

- Products that have been opened or used.

- Products that are not in their original condition.

Please make sure to cancel your order at least 24 hours before the delivery time. It can take 5-7 business days for our staff to collect the products to be returned. You will receive a refund if the product has manufacturing defects. If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited to your card or account within 4 to 15 days, depending on your bank
